Welcome to Limerick

Among the many draws of hosting the Tag World Cup at the University of Limerick is the ability to accommodate all participants on site, within walking distance of the playing fields. Details are available below.

Accommodation at the University of Limerick

Participants at the 2023 ITF Tag World Cup will have access to the self-catering student accommodation at the University of Limerick. You'll have your own room, with cooking, washing, and food storage facilities.

The student accommodation villages are based on the 130-hectare campus, and range from a few hundred metres to about 1.5km walking distance from the playing fields.

The campus and villages have grocery shops, bars, restaurants, and laundry facilities, reflecting the fact that for most of the year the campus is the residence of thousands of people. While we encourage you to get out, socialise and see the city and beyond... this is the first World Cup where you have everything you need on your doorstep!

Accommodation is available leading up to and beyond the tournament by direct arrangement with the University.

En-suite rooms (with private bathroom) are €60 per person per night. Shared bathroom apartment rooms are available for €55 a night.
